We’re hiring a Part-time Bilingual (English/Russian) or (English/Spanish) Registered Nurse for our Queens location!

What You’ll Do:

Conduct head-to-toe and Environmental assessment (Initial, Reassessment, PRN) to identify patient-centered care needs.
Create a POC based on the assessment and the patient's needs in collaboration with other patient healthcare teams.
Serve as an advocate for the patient to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Become proficient in documentation on various platforms to be compliant.
Educate patients/caregivers on the need for safe patient care, including preventative care, to avoid unnecessary hospitalization.
Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to support our patients when they need you most.

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN license and registration (required)
CPR certification (required)
Strong communication skills in both English and Russian or English and Spanish
A calm, professional demeanor and be ready to de-escalate possible obstacles.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; provide research and implement community available resources to improve patient care
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
Availability to work in a hybrid environment (in the field, in the office, and/or at home) to ensure efficiency in time management.
