We’re searching for a Medicaid Enrollment Specialist who takes pride in being reliable, compassionate, proactive, and resourceful — someone who understands the importance of following through, solving challenges, and growing stronger as part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Building relationships with clients, listening closely to their needs, and guiding them step by step through Medicaid enrollment
  • Carefully screening eligibility and ensuring every document is accurate and on time
  • Collaborating with Social Security, Medicare, insurance companies, and HRA caseworkers to overcome obstacles and keep the process moving
  • Proactively communicating with insurance providers to secure authorizations without delay
  • Representing All Heart with confidence and professionalism when meeting with community organizations and healthcare professionals
  • Staying on top of the latest developments in Medicaid and home care to help us continuously improve
What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • You are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in NYS (required)
  •  You’re experienced in healthcare (home care experience preferred) and know how to problem-solve with purpose
  • You thrive on keeping promises, following through, and keeping others informed
  • You’re organized, proactive, and ready to adapt when things change
  •  You enjoy working closely with others and believe success is a team effort
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Russian? Even better!
  • You’re flexible to travel within the five boroughs and present yourself with warmth and professionalism
