We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Director of Business Development to drive growth, build strong partnerships, and lead a talented team across sales, intake, prescreening, and outreach. You’ll have the opportunity to shape strategy, strengthen referral pipelines, negotiate top-tier payor relationships, and make a lasting impact on the lives of thousands of New Yorkers.
What You’ll Be Leading:
- A passionate sales and outreach team focused on enrollment and conversion growth
- Marketing and in-person community engagement strategies that make a difference
- Data-driven performance tracking to continuously optimize results
- Relationships with MCOs, insurance payors, and government agencies for best-in-class rates
- Strong partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community organizations, and healthcare providers
- 5+ years in business development, healthcare operations, or sales (home care/managed care preferred)
- Proven leadership success in scaling teams and driving measurable growth
- Strong negotiation chops with a successful track record in rate and payor relationship management
- In-depth knowledge of NYC’s home care market, including Medicaid, MLTCs, and private pay models
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to build partnerships that matter
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Lead and shape a high-impact business development team
